Why I Joined NOBLE

“I joined NOBLE after a colleague told me about the networking and training opportunities. I have met many local and national professional contacts and enjoyed attending training conferences. Through NOBLE, I also learned of programs, such as the Law and Your Community and the Don’t Text and Drive Program, which we have used in the City of Evanston.” Deputy Chief Aretha Hartley Barnes, Evanston Police Department
